22.5′ Weber Smokey Mountain (WSM)
This is my go-to smoker. The WSM will hold temps for hours on end, and can handle a ton of food. I use it when I am going to cook for lot’s of people, or if I am going to run a long, slow BBQ. I would highly recommend the WSM to anyone out there considering it. It is well worth the money. You can find more information about the WSM in the link below.

Coleman Road Trip Grill LXE
I bought this little grill because the apartments we live in do not allow a man-sized grill, so I conceded and purchased this little guy. It is a fine piece of equipment, and travels well. It gets nice and hot, and does a terrific job of grilling up all cuts of meat. The one drawback is the small tank size ……but hey, it’s portable.

Maverick ET-72 Digital Thermometer
Now this may have been the best $60 I have ever spent. This little contraption let’s me sit inside and monitor both the internal smoker temp, as well as the meat. I can be down the block and this little gadget keeps me in the loop. Excellent product. You can find it on Amazon.
